    Hello, I was in ******* picking up a car and ended up having wreck. The Hall County Sheriffs called Terrys Towing and Recovery Service come and retrieve the truck and trailer. The first price that was quoted to my boss was $250 for the trailer and car, and $250 for the truck. I called to see what the price would be on the truck was and they said $400. The distance they had to tow my truck was 1 mile. I went and asked to get my tools from the truck and they said that I had to pay $530 to be able to get my tools. I said ok, I have a check from my mother to pay for the fee. They told me they only take cash. I said, why wasn't I told this on the phone before I drove 6-7 hours to get my tools so I could make money. They DENIED me access to my personal affects unless I gave them the $530. I told them I had $240 in cash and they still DENIED me. I researched reviews online via ********************* and I have seen countless similar complaints from persons that have hired this towing company. How am I supposed to work without any tools?
