    I contracted Wilcox Septic Solutions, run by Mr. Wilcox, to perform landscaping services; after paying a $3,750 deposit—half the total price—he failed to begin the work or refund my money despite repeated efforts to resolve the matter by phone, in writing, and through mediation. His non-performance constitutes a clear breach of contract under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 13-6-2).

    Absolutely Disgusting.
    . Dishonest in every aspect! Run Fast!! On March 25, 2024. We were told our French Drain project would be complete in three months. Next month 3/25/25 will be a year. Melvin W***** is a smooth talker and complete liar.. We spoke daily. We are New to this area and went on ******* ****. What a mistake. We have called them as well.
    This company was name Williams and W*****. However his brother made ****** take his name off the company. Please Run From This UNETHICAL company W***** Septic Solutions.

    Our company took two checks on Melvin W*****. Both checks were returned as NSF. Don't do business with anyone who gives bad checks.

    Wilcox Septic Solutions runs a fraudulent business. He Requires large deposits, then never does the work. He promises refunds, but never ever does it. I hope you post this. I am an Elderly disabled woman and he took my money and used bait and switch tactics intentionally. This is called intentional infliction of emotional distress and it’s illegal.
    Never ever hire this man or this company
