  Spray foam genie of augusta is a joke. They were supposed to do an encapsulation under our house. It started off very good and then they started to come up from 1 excuse after another to not do the job. Finally they gave in and began the work. After health problems in the last couple of months we cannot get under there to check their work. Our inspector we got to check the job for us has come back and told us the job is chaos. They sealed our house vent system under the house with wrong insulation, left the floor insulation laying on the ground and didn't put it back in the framing under the house, did not tape all the plastic properly around the pillars under the house and you can still see the ground. The purpose was to no longer see the ground, Now the moisture content under the house is higher than before and can cause lots of moisture problems. They sprayed the foam over the seal plate so no our termite protection is void. They got their money from us. The point of these comments are BE WEARY OF THESE PEOPLE! They are taking advantage of the seniors and disabled. They don't even deserve a star rating.

  I'm a disabled senior, I contracted Spray Foam Genie of Augusta to spray foam the crawl space to my house and plumbing. I already had batt insulation and foam sleeves covering my plumbing, they were per contract to remove and dispose of all old insulation debris Since I'm disabled I wasn't able to check their work. They emailed me that the contracted work was completed so I submitted payment for the job to them. A few days later I had someone check and found out that they didn't do the job as described in the contract. They didn't remove all debris or spray foam the plumbing lines but removed all the foam sleeves that were already in place Trying to get them to come back and do what they should have done doesn't appear that it will happen. I reached out to them multiple times with no results. They have my money now and I'm not important to them to even contact me. Be very weary of this company. They do not do good work or complete work . They have no work ethics..

  I'm absolutely thrilled with Spray Foam Genie! Their professionalism truly blew me away. They arrived prompt and prepared, ready to tackle the job at hand. The stellar output far exceeded my expectations, especially considering they managed to stay within my budget constraints. Highly recommended!
