      Horrible company. Customer service severely lacking. Made me drive 60 miles to fix my fob and take time off work only to find out it was their mistake that could have been handled over the phone had they cared one bit or did their job!!!! Negative stars

      I have been a part of this community when there were less than 10 residents. We had streets with no houses yet. Now, 16 years later the community is complete. You have people who have moved in who apparently have not owned anything until now and apparently think they have arrived. These homes until we started complaining had nothing but builder grade materials. I am sure a few homes were built with all the bells and whistles because they were either friends of the builder or they were custom made. How many people work for association link in Evans? I have not seen one even before you move to this location. Who are your main customers ? Do a poll. You people are insensitive. You got folk riding and peeping like children,running and telling. Fine me. Until you pay one of my mortgage payments you will not critique my every move. Tell your peeper flunkies that also. Thank you. Leave me alone.

      The ****** reviews of this "company" truly tell a story of unprofessionalism and discrimination. I rent a home in ******** ******, and we were unjustly fined for two days (**** **** and **** ****) for lawn care issues, but I mowed the lawn and killed the weeds on **** **** before my family vacation...with witnesses to boot. They claimed to the homeowner that they took pictures highlighting the violations, but the homeowner herself never got the other notices. If this is how you all conduct "business" then you need to rethink your business model. Also, considering the other reviews elsewhere, I feel as if this company discriminates against me and other residents due to skin color. It's 2022, you need to be held accountable for your actions.

      P.S.-if someone decides to reply to this, please ensure that you tell the TRUTH because I am documenting everything for my attorney moving forward. Thankfully our lease will be up by the end of the year and we'll purchase a home in a neighborhood that does NOT do business with Association Link.
