    Awful experience from beginning to present. I attempted to purchase a rear replacement tire for my son Trailmaster Storm 200mb. I ordered the tire O know fits his rear rim. When we received the delivery the box was abnormally large come to find out they sent the incorrect tire and sent TWO opposed to one they were far too large for my sons rim. I attempted many forms of contact to let them know of the mishap and start the return process. I was reluctant to find a way to contact their company directly. I was obligated to write a message and hope they would read it and respond. I received 2, short worded emails back, that were very unprofessional and irrelevant to my initiated communication. I at least sent 10 or so emails and comparison to the two I received. They made excuses as to why I received the wrong tires, and as to why I received two instead of one they tried to blame me for ordering the wrong tire size however, I knew what I was ordering. I politely requested a return label to return my purchase, come to find out they dont provide return labels you have to fund the return shipping out of your own pocket. I worn anybody who contemplates purchasing any type of merchandise from them, DO NOT DO IT!!! I read they send miscellaneous items upon receiving your order hence they get the funds from your purchase, then once you return the merchandise you received requesting a refund they dont refund your money its a vindictive planned scam.

    Hi. I would like to respond here, mainly so that other potential customers can hear my side of the story. I don't intend to argue, only to state the details of this exchange. This complaint is simply untrue. - this customer order one tire for a Trailmaster *****. My listing states in both the title and description that the tire fits an MB200. It also states the size of the tire, measured in inches. - The customer owns a Trailmster Storm 200, a very different and much smaller model. I can only do so much to ensure that my listings are clear. The customer has to know what model they have. -due to warehousing space limitations, we drop ship larger items from Trailmaster. this includes tires, axles, engines, etc. It is our standard operation to do so. I drop shipped the correct tire to this customer based upon the order shelf placed.- the customer received (2) rear tires for ***** mini bike. the additional tire was sent by mistake from the manufacturer. it did not cost the customer anything extra.- the customer was, in fact, obligated to write an email to use, as per our returns/exchange policy, to let us know of any issue. we require this so we can keep records. We typically require a photo. -this customer emailed and sent text messages at absurd times, like 10pm, 2am, etc. Each time, I responded almost immediately, even though it was obviously outside of business hours and encroaching on my family time (or sleep!)- She states that my emails were short and rude and unprofessional. fffRead my reply to her email here:"GOOD MORNING,Your initial order shows a tire for an MB200. That model is much larger than a Storm, so that explains why the tires do not fit. You ordered only a tire, not an assembly. The assembly would include the rim. We drop shipped your order from Trailmaster, so there must have been a mixup that caused them to send 2. You can send the tires back as an exchange and once i receive them, I can ship you the correct wheel and tire assembly for a Storm 200. Or you can go ahead and order the correct assembly and ship the old ones back for a refund."-in a later email, I let her know she only needed to return one of the tires due to shipping cost.- I did not try to make it the customer's fault, simply stated that facts about what she ordered versus what she actually needed. She was also angry that she received only a rubber tire without the rim installed. that assembly with the rim costs double. I was going to exchange her tie for the assembly at no extra cost since she would have to pay the shipping.- We do require the customer to pay for return shipping if the mistake is on their end. If I had sent the wrong tire or had an inaccurate description, I would have paid the return shipping, or not even asked for a return at all. I do that regularly for customers because mistakes do happen and we always make it right.-Nothing about her emails was polite, as the customer states. She was belligerent, offensive and rude. Most of them came through at absurd times of the day, and I responded anyway.OUR RESOLUTION:She sent the tires back. I refunded her FULL order amount, including her original shipping fee (which I can't get back). I also did not deduct any restocking fee, which is our policy. To anyone reading this review, I invite you to give us a call or take a look at our website. You will find that we have an incredibly detailed site with clear, easy to read and understand parts listings. Every listing indicates which parts fit which models. We are very knowledgeable about our go karts and parts and we love talking to our customers. Try calling some of our competitors too and see the difference! I am sorry that I had to write this response, but I feel that in a public forum I deserve the right to correct lies told about my family- Our business only employs myself and my husband, so to tell these lies about our company damages our personal reputations.     Has been YEARS since I have called a company like this. Down to earth family owned business that I can tell Care about their customers or simply you as a human being. Best company I've dealt with in a LONG time. Shout out to *** who is great!

    I recently purchased a mini Go-Kart for my grandkids from GoKartMasters. I am very pleased I decided to purchase a cart from this family owned company. I appreciate the superior support I received from the time I received the shipment and identified the container being damaged. To the quick turnaround time receiving parts I identified as being missing. To your technical promptly answering my maintenance questions. Its unfortunate the circumstances surrounding the negative complaints to the bbb. A lot of consumers like myself rely on past customer reviews and complaints to the ********************** to determine the legitimacy and character of a vendor. Unfortunately most fail to research deeper into the possible causes of the negative reviews. Kims explanation on the bbb site was effective and sufficient enough for me to give your company a chance and Im so glad I did. *** personally reached out to me, answered all of my questions and was very supportive through the whole process. I will certainly spread the word to everyone I know looking for a Go-Kart, Mini Bike, UTV or parts that GoKartMasters is place.

    I am the shipping manager of GoKartMasters.com. I have had a hard time getting in touch with the BBB to resolve past claims against **, so I wanted to leave a quick explanation for anyone who comes across the complaints lodged against us. In 2021, ***, our owner and sole operator, had a stroke and was hospitalized for several months. Due to this health emergency, the website was left live online, but no one was shipping parts, answering phones, etc. This went on for quite sometime before anyone realized that the business was still open for sales online. Unfortunately, a lot of the complaints are true because there was not anyone to run the business.We took over the warehouse in September 2022 and we have done our very best to resolve any disputes, contact customers, and repair our reputation.
