      New South Windows are very tight and no bugs will be penetrating our home through these windows. However, they have a lot of plastic in the framework vs. the amount of glass in the panes. Also, we expected to be able to open the top and bottom of the windows to clean them, but the top is fixed in place.I imagined this would have been a hard day with lots of grime, dust etc. but the fellows who came to install the windows made this a good experience. An overall thanks ************* and ******

      as. I said on my laptop I am very satisfied with my new windows. The installers were excellent and very professional. Very clean and knew what they were doing. I am very satisfied.

      First crew that came out to install windows did not do trim, did not insulate the windows like we were told they would do. They sent a 2nd crew that had to take all the windows out and redo them. We found several windows that had scratches on them and bubbles between the glass, with 1 big slider that didn't fit right. This whole process started last April 2022, install was June 2022 and we have had them come out no less than 6 times for issues with the windows. Most being scratches. We have had the big picture window in out bedroom replaced 2 times and now had to reorder again. I will never give this company a good review. Gainesville, Ga.
