      HORRIBLE! Broken and scratched furniture (including heirlooms). One furniture item didn't have any wrapping on the corner so it broke off. I have pictures of the damages. Mirrors were broken in a china cabinet (heirloom) because the guys removed the plexiglass shelf so during travel on the semi the mirrors came loose and broke. One of the side mirrors had a crack which I showed Sonja when she came to give me an estimate. I called Sonja 2x after the move (May 5, 2023) but did not receive a return call so I wrote an email reminding her she quoted $5,700-$5,800 BUT charged my credit card $6,400. I wanted to know WHY since the weight was less than the quoted amount. And the driver REEKED with alcohol at 1:20 Friday afternoon after driving from ******, GA to *********, SC. I was told the moving crew left ****** around 9 a.m. I told the guy who answered my calls 2x that it was VERY important that I speak to the manager, Sonja. All he did was email me the bill which showed more $ charged but less weight. I also wrote in my email I wanted to speak with the owner but he/she did not call me back. I really liked Sonja when she came to my home but the movers were horrible! I don't know how this company received 4.8 stars but I am glad others received top notch care. I DID NOT. Several people where here the day that the movers brought my furniture and some of them saw the damages. And others from church helped me unpack when I found many broken items.
