    SCAM THE WORST ATTORNEY IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!My husband was arrested in July 2024, and after researching attorneys, we came across ***** Howard and ********* ****. Their reviews seemed promising, so we decided to retain them for my husband's case in **************. I initially spoke with ***** Howard, who had a pleasant tone and appeared to care about the case. He quoted me $6,000 for their legal services.After making the payment, ********* **** visited my husband in jail to have him sign the contract. Once the contract was signed and the payment was received, all communication stopped. I called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist, sent messages through their portal, and emailed thembut received no response.The only time I managed to get in touch with Mr. **** was when he accidentally called me while trying to reach someone else. I used that opportunity to express my concerns, but when I later called the same number as my husbands court date approached, I was told not to contact him on his cell phone unless it was an emergency. My husband had repeatedly requested a meeting with his attorney before his bond hearing, yet no one ever showed up or even called back.Realizing that my husband was not going to get the representation he needed, I had to hire another attorney. This new attorney provided me with a direct contact number immediately and worked tirelessly the night before the hearing to ensure my husband was properly representedsomething Howard and Arca failed to ***** not waste your time or money on this law office. They took $6,000 and disappeared. I would not trust them to represent anyone.

    Beware of this man,he was so sweet until he got the retainers fee,he wouldn't answer his calls, would text to call the office and the general receptionist doesn't pass the message.He claimed he would move my case from county to state and yes he did but didn't bother to even talk to the ** after I got a letter to try and strike a deal before court date,he said there's nothing he can since I have several DUIs and mind you this was my first one and was willing to pay to have it reduced to wreckless driving like I'd seen on his ****** reviews and so he claimed.He outright told me he has no emotions or a heart while I was expressing how this was my first DUI and am a business owner too I go to court and this man had about 30 clients if more.I wish I went to a public defender,how in the world does Douglas county let one lawyer represent over 30 clients?How would he do a thorough job?This needs to be investigated ,wonder how he gets away with it.All the ****** reviews don't seem right, I should have looked him up on Avo and definitely reporting to the Georgia state board
