      Ive used Bin There Dump That on multiple occasions, but after my recent experience, I wont be returning. I placed an order on April 17, 2025 and paid $495 for a 20-yard dumpster. I waited all day on April 18 for deliveryno updates, no ETA, no communication. After wasting an entire day with zero accountability from the company, I canceled the order out of frustration.I later reordered on April 23, hoping for a better experience, but the lack of flexibility and customer service continued. The terms and conditions are excessive and heavily one-sided, placing full responsibility and liability on the customer, while the company ******* itself from any accountabilityeven in cases of poor service or missed deliveries.The pricing is also steep compared to other dumpster providers in the area, and the rigid surcharge structure ($20/day, heavy penalties, etc.) makes for an unpleasant rental experience. The entire process feels more focused on protecting their interests legally than actually providing a dependable or customer-friendly service.I cannot recommend Bin There Dump That based on this experience. If youre looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and communicative dumpster rental service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere
