    I purchased a trailer around 2021. For the first three years it was kept inside, the few times it was kept outside I had a leak develop around the side door. They paid to have that leak fixed. Now the rear door has developed a leak and the wood on the door is starting to rot. And now the insulation panels on the ceiling are falling down. The last trailer I owned was 20 years old and never had a problem with it. It appears that Rock Solid Cargo sells inferior products. Very disappointed for the price. *************************

    We would ask that you reach back out to us as we fixed the issue the first time and haven't heard from you since. Also, we recommend resealing or at least checking the current roof sealant every year. For this reason our warranty states that sealant is only warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. However, we are still willing to help out and come up with a warranty solution even though it has technically expired because this is not something that we typically see. Give us a call at ************** and we will be glad to help assist in hopefully getting the issue resolved.
