"I reserved a unit online on a Thursday (05/09/24) and received the instructions that the unit would be immediately available for storage and that upon arrival, i would find an unlocked seal tag on my unit that I'd have to remove and that the inside of my unit would have a lock and key for me to use for the duration of my rental period.On Saturday when I arrived (05/11/24) the unit, already had a lock on it and was partially unlocked, allowing us to slide the door up halfway, and the unit right next to mine looked as if it had been kicked in and burgled." ...
