  My car was towed away due to this company calling it in stating I was parked in a handicap space without proper decals. I parked my car for less than 3 hours in a handicap space where my decals were shown in my front windshield. I came back and my car was gone without a thorough search of whether I had proper decals. The company stated my car tint was "too dark" to see my decals; however, I have multiple pictures of my car in daylight and night where you can see my decals. The company didn't even log pictures of the front of the car to show where they "didn't see my decals". The picture they captured was my car sitting at the towing facility where you can clearly see a picture of my decal sitting in the windshield. They try to lie to me and say 3 people checked my car and couldn't see my decal. I physically went to the tow yard and took pictures and videos of my car with my decal showing. I was on the phone with a woman named, ******, where she tried to lie to me on the phone saying no one can see the decal. They towed my car to the darkest area of the yard where I needed a flashlight to even see my steps. Of course you can't see anything in the dark! If you walk in a pitch-black room, are you going to say nothing is in the room or turn the light on. They towed my car where it was still daylight so you can definitely see through my car at that time. At night, you can still see; however, in not well-lit areas you may need a flashlight to see if you don't have great vision. The owner Obei Bryant, called me and saw where a mistake was made on their behalf and reimbursed me for the tow. It took 24 hours to get my car from the towing facility which was the most stressful 24 hours in a while for me. I was so stressed out that I needed medical attention that this stress triggered. I work 2 jobs and had to call out for 2 days due to no car and medical trips. On top of it all, my car was scratched in the process. Brand new car scratched!
