  I give absolutely zero stars. This is a walk in facility. There is no way to make an appointment even if you wanted too. I have been waiting on someone to come since 2:30pm EST. When I arrived a gentleman approached me thinking I worked here. He tells me he has been waiting since 2:15pm EST with another gentleman and his father before they got fed up and pulled off. Its 3:40pm EST and no one has come. I walked next door to the hair salon and she informs me the employees come on their on time. This is the MOST unprofessional healthcare facility I have gone too. It is conveniently located 5 mins from where I live and was the number one location to come do my drug testing for a new job I have been offered. Today was my last day to do my testing. I had to reach out to my agency to inform them that no one is here. The door is locked with no sign of notice of return. Their hours shows they are open M-F 11am-12:45pm and lunch is 1pm to 1:30pm EST and reopen from 1:30 pm-4:45pm EST. I have found many reviews after further investigation even via the BBB site this is not their first time with this occurrence and since they continue to do so with no respect for others time or business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. No matter the convenience. The ***** packages are outside so thats lets me know that there was someone here today and did not bother to return to work nor even give a heads up notice that they were not returning. Unreliable and unprofessional.

  I had 48hrs to complete a pre employment drug screening and this company is on the approved list, since its close to home I chose it. I called, no one answers the phone. Business hours are stated, no appointment needed. I plan to arrive late afternoon by Uber- I get there on 06/08/2022 at 2:30pm to the door being locked, blinds open & lights on. I see a note posted with office hours stating that the last walk in is accepted at 12:45pm -annoyed because this could also be added to the answering machine but ok. Day 2s venture TODAY 06/09 I arrive 8mins prior to open at 11am, I was there for 3hrs where no less than 10ppl also trying to get drug tested some of whom were also trying for the second day in a row and the fed ex delivery man were all unable to access this business during its operating hours. I was there for no less than 3hrs while I begged my company to find a way to reassign labs for me which they were able to do so. This is an EXTREME DISSERVICE to our community and this lab should not be allowed to stay in service when all it does is waste our time and resources depending on them for a service that they clearly are incapable of providing. Between ******* yelp, & BBB there are multiple identical complaints that really need to be looked into. How can one be considered a healthcare provider of any sort when they lack availability to provide care? I live about 10mins away & what shouldve taken less than an hour to complete ending up taking about 6hrs and I spent about $100 on Uber trips between two days and having to go to another lab in the middle of the day during lunch traffic with surge pricing further out. Who else can I complain to to get some action since clearly this is not an accredited business??
