    They ripped me off!! I was charged $603 for a brake job they never did do! They also failed to give me a receipt of what I was being charged for and for the parts being used. I got the brakes done August 20th 2024, 4 months later the brakes were making noise. I took ot back to them and they acted like they never seen my car or gotten my money! Once they seen the work wasn't done, they told me to show them proof that I paid them and I gave them copies of my credit and debit cards statements. They wanted to charge me for labor $215 or parts $365 and I refused because they didn't properly fix my car. The *** *** told me that whoever touched my car didn't do the work at all, but yet I was charged $603.After waiting for 3 days, I decided to send someone up there to pick up my car. The reason is because I felt like they took advantage of me because I am a Black woman. This is an auto shop that has Mexican immigrants working there. Once I did get into my car to drive, the check engine light was on and it wasn't when I gave them my car. They also stole my pliers that I had in the front seat. I used the pliers to open my hood because the latch was broken. Now I have to buy new pliers because they took the only pair I had. I want my money back for the job the charged me for and didn't do at all.
