    I like the way y'all take care of your customer's and the guy that does our house oh I can't think of his name but he is very nice and respectful and does a very good job always Friendly really like the way y'all do business thinks for a good job my name is Elizabeth and I live at **** ***** ***** ****** ** oh I think his name is Mike anyway thinks .

    I have been using this company for years. I have had a contract with them for a long time and part of the contract includes an annual termite inspection. They sent me the Pre-Bill for $35.00. The technician came and did the inspection, but proceeded to tell me - the cost was $199.00. When I showed him the bill, he called the lady in the office. She was very unprofessional and rude. I went ahead and paid and then asked for a copy of the results, because I have to have it to satisfy my HOA requirement. I was told it would be emailed to me. It took 3 phone calls to get something in writing that said - I had no Termite action. They do not stand behind their contracts.

    We apologize for any inconvenience an or misunderstanding that may have occurred, but under the circumstances of doing business we have to try and maintain our customer base, and provide quality service at the lowest rate possible. We notified all homeowners of the price increase as the HOA didn't keep their contract. At the time we had an agreement with the HOA that we would service ALL of their homes. Their management didn't stand with this agreement. We waited, sent a letter, called and they were always working on it. If the HOA would stand by their agreement we could work on a lower rate. As it is now, the agreement should have been and now is what it would have been singularly contracted.
