I got a Nissan Sentra around 2021, it had a tire censor light on and they told me if I bought the car they would fix it. Well all they did was pay for 2 tires not even the 4 but that wasn’t the issue it was the fact that my tire rotating thing was broken but they said nothing was wrong with it and they didn’t even fix the censors and then i had to replace the transmission at 140k miles just to find out the transmission they put in was faulty. So I go back to get it replaced now they are gonna tell me I have to pay again. When I haven’t even had the transmission in for maybe a year less than 20k miles on the transmission. I absolutely hate this place my car has given me nothing but issues but when this place says there gonna fix it they don’t. They told me it was my catalytic converter and then when I took it to a place they told me it’s my transmission from where they put it in. How are you gonna give a 20 year old girl this many issues. I’m not made of money but y'all are. I don’t think anyone should get a car from here nothing but trouble this place is.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone . Lack of information presented at the time of purchase! Have had vehicle for 60 days and parts rusting and falling off of vehicle . No management will return phone calls , after leaving messages everyday !

I understand that in these times of chip shortages, that car dealerships have a limited amount of new vehicles. But my recent experience with Mt. View Nissan was an attempt to completely gouge me with the purchase of a new Nissan frontier. The MSRP on the truck was 31,656. I understand that there are other fees involved (dealer fees, tax, tag, document fees among others). I was willing to pay all of that. Then I was told by the salesperson that there would be a $4000.00 addendum added to the price. I cannot understand why this is added except to line the pockets of the dealership. Needless to say I will never buy a vehicle from Mt. View Nissan. Also now there internet pricing is no longer show on there website. Makes you wonder why
