This is a total scam, I thought it was only my family affected yet after I researched it I find out that many other families are fooled by this company. As others, we received a call that someone referred us and that they can offer 3 night/4days stay at HoltonHead Island in ** for only $189. When we booked our dayes, we were told that we have to add another $75 to cover additional charges and to match season prices, yet nothing about hotel charges. On the day of arrival we were arriving after 5:00 pm local time and tried to call in to find out on how to check in, no one would answer. After we checked in, the *** room was nothing close to what we were told its going to be; 2queen beds and pullout sofa for family of 5-all adults. Its a hoax trying to get them on the phone. The next day, i tried to contact the office again, same message, no one would pick up the phone. After going through presentaion, we asked to speak with someone in charge of this, we were told that its a third party and that they can only message them for us. After an hour, someone called in and we told them about our issue how the room was not what we were told its going to be, she offered is another room in the same building at a discounted price. My answer was I wont spend another dime here, then she told me to check out and partial money can reimburse me after i drove 5 hours one direction. When I told here that I will review them accordingly, she asked me not to threaten her, I told her its not a threat, its what they deserve of lying. At the end of the stay, I had to pay additional $40 a night for taxes, where all my discounted vacation costed me $385 and if I would of book the room directly it was going to cost me $325 for the time of stay. People, never fall prey for these scam calls where they offer all you ask and they say yes to all, at the end, they will put you into a hotel, where you will be invaded by cockroaches and bedbugs that you will regret forever.

On Aug. 4, 2022, Mr. bought a package for $182. The package was for 4 days 3 nights at **********************, the package included $150 in gifting (go cart tickets, gift certs and a gas rebate). This price does cover most of the year, but there are dates during the summer that do cost more. When purchasing a package without booking dates we charge the non-summer price and charge the difference when booking if traveling during the summer. On June 27, 2023, one of our representatives called Mr. and spoke to both him and his wife. They chose dates in August, and we explained the price difference that was due ($75) to book those dates and they happily paid the fee and booked their reservation. During this call the wife specifically asked the lay out of the suite. Our representative explained it was an open floor plan suite with 2 queens and a pull-out sofa. The representative explained it would accommodate 2 adults and 3 small children and when she asked how old the children were Mr. stated they were 3 small children. We called Mr. 7 days prior to checking in (Aug. 17 @ 10:20 AM) to confirm the stay but got a voicemail. We reached out to them again on the day of check in, went over all check in instructions and gave them the time of their presentation. On all 3 phone calls (date of purchase, day of booking dates, and confirmation call) the customer was told about the hotel taxes that would be due upon checking out and that a credit card must be placed on file for incidentals upon check in. If you booked these dates directly with the hotel you would have paid a total of $826.19 and that would not come with any gifts. We have all the recordings of each phone call and will play for the customer at their ************************. If they wish to do so or have any other questions, please reach out to our customer service department at ************. We take great pride in making sure our customers have a good experience. Our packages allow families to make priceless memories at an affordable price.

Travel ID: ******* Purchased: 1/11/2023 We are owners of *********************. We travel to Hilton Head a few times a year utilizing our points we purchased. We received a sales call from vacation play on 1/11/23 trying to sell us a partial week plus we had to attend a meeting to purchase ******* points. Once we provided a credit card, we then received an email with our unsigned contract. My wife felt once we fully thought about this purchase we could cancel it since we used a credit card.We actually made a trip to Palmera/ Hilton Head for a week in January . During the week we attended a meeting with a sales representative. After an hour the sales associate realized we own a number of time shares. As a matter of fact, we are trying to rent out some of our weeks. On February 2/ 2023, I called vacation play requesting to cancel. I was told I was past the the 30 day cancellation date and therefore we would not be eligible for a refund. I then called my bank to place a stop payment on the purchase.I called vacation play again and was told this time they dont allow refunds!I then reviewed the terms and conditions, see 20. States, Your prepaid promotion is non-refundable and void where prohibited. This is not the way to do business.I am going to report this to *********************.Sincerely **** and *******************************
