  I caution you not to use Takos. Repair person could not move the washing machine to look behind it and look properly where the leak was coming from. He only had hand tools and nothing else to help move the machine. When I told him that I would find somebody else to fix it, he told me I would have to pay the service fee. When I told him I would not pay since he could not service the machine, he started yelling at me with a power drill in his hand. He frightened me and I left the house and called the police! Dont use them!!!

  Takos Home Services is a complete scam. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! He made a "repair" to our washing machine which actually caused more problems. This cost us $325. He refused to fix our machine and claimed the *** was now the root cause for the problems he created while servicing our washer. He wanted to charge additional fees to replace other items which were not faulty. At this point, we realized we were being scammed at this point. Ultimately, we had to pay ** $369 to fix our machine. ***** refused to provide a refund for his faulty work. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.I would have rated ZERO STARS, if possible.

  Advertises that hes an ** repair technician. He is not! He ruined my freezer. He took it apart and said he needed to order a part. He kept telling me the part had not come in. He kept telling me he would come back but never did. An ** tech came and said he ruined the freezer. He said he had worked with the technician from Takos previously. He said he does not have an actual business, and then he works out of his home. He advised me to never let him come into my home.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. He ordered the part to fix my ** washing machine. He was to replace the Gasket. I was at work so Grandma was home. He showed up to do the work and said he was finished so I Zelle him his money. When I got home I found the Gasket to be really loose and unsecured so upon further inspection he had not secured the gasket to the machine and the spring ring was inside the washer. I texted him the next day asking why he didnt complete the job and how was I supposed to be able to use my Machine and still havent heard a word back. I wish I could post the video that I took with this review. Totally unacceptable Stay Away from this company if you can.

  I used ***** to fix my ** washing machine. Told him over phone what was wrong (door would not shut) and model number. He order part. Come out to fix and it has worked perfectly ever since. I have no complaints.
