    We hired the company to cut down ~12 trees in our backyard and grind the stumps. The company was prompt and responsive in cutting down and removing the trees. If that were the entire project, I would absolutely recommend them. That said, I cannot recommend the company in good faith now.The company failed to grind all of the stumps in our contract. The owner acknowledged the incomplete contract and then dragged it out for 7 months with promises to come and grind them. He was unresponsive via calls or texts, often going weeks between communications. Finally, after 7 months, he communicated that he would not complete the contract. This was disappointing as we initially were quite impressed with company and thought we had found a gem of a company.
