  In their usual style Kennon has pulled ** through another emergency. After tepid morning showers we placed an emergency call to Kennon to ask for plumbing help. With good cheer they responded the same day. Unfortunately our old hot water heater had to be replaced. That was also achieved same day. The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite, while his work was neat and precise. Very impressive! But that's what we've come to expect after a few years with Kennon. A major plus was that the price was most respectable.

  I need to take the time to leave a stellar review for ****, *******, ****, **** and **** at Kennon. **** came out to service the units in our home, and had the unfortunate job of having to deliver the news that our downstairs unit from 07 was toast. He was very upfront about this, even showing me the lack of amperage draw of the compressor. I appreciated his candor and empathy that this was not the news I wanted to hear. Within an hour, he had ******* over to help walk me through my options. Its never fun having to replace an HVAC unit, but ******* addressed all of my questions and concerns. In addition to setting me up with the unit I wanted, he was able to include some other things on the work order that needed to be addressed including reattaching some loose ductwork, cutting out a return that the builders of the house never did and running new condensate drain lines. He was even available on the weekend leading up to the install with last minute questions and concerns I had. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase or any sales-ey vibes. He was very genuine, honest, helpful and still ended up making the sale :). On the day of the install, **** and **** showed up on time and ready to get to work. They were very professional and obviously know their stuff. I interacted more with ****, but both were respectful, courteous and total pros. They worked their butts off all day, including handling some unforeseen issues requiring them to replace additional components, with ease. After all the heavy lifting of the job, **** and **** even made sure the equipment and ******** was organized and aligned to my liking and insisted that they wanted me to be pleased with the install and these werent outlandish requests. I am really grateful to the team at Kennon for making this major purchase and install as comfortable and painless as it could be. The air in our home smells cleaner and feels much better already. Thanks again.
