      The Gate Doctor installed an upgrade to our POA gate and it failed the very first day. Three weeks later, after dozens of phone calls, text messages, and emails, The Gate Doctor admitted the equipment they installed was defective, but refused to send a technician to repair/replace. They also refused to refund our money. We had to *** in small claims , but agreed to mediation and recovered the cost of the defective equipment and all court costs.Based on **** and ******* arrogance, lack of responsiveness, and apathy, I would not do business with The Gate Doctor. There are plenty of gate companies that want and deserve your business. The Gate Doctor is not one of them.
