      Made a $400.00 deposit to have sewing done on my chairs. After more than 30 days, all this person would do is give me excuses and would not answer my call. No work was ever done. $400.00 gone! Don't be ripped of like I was.

      We con tracked Ally to upholstery our sofa last Nov. she gave pillows that dont fit she hot glued the back of sofa , we ordered leather hides she charged us for pleather hides she didnt finished sofa my husband gave her ****** more for her buy hides she didnt buy hides she didnt give money back she didnt finished sofa, after receiving ***** , she got all her payments plus another ****** and we had to someone else after she ripped out all cushions and had us sitting on the frame fit 6 months, telling us she couldnt get in contact with us, not true, we had to cancel plans with friends and family for holidays because of this, please please please DO NOT USE This person, she is bad for business Ally pay us our money, PAY US OUR MONEY!!!!!

      Ally came to our home in March 2022, she seemed very nice and showed many photos of her work. I found her by searching furniture reupholster businesses online and the reviews I saw were positive. She gave an estimate and I paid her with check for the material. Two months later I contacted her and she told me the fabric had just arrived. She came to my home and picked up the recliner, I paid her again. I have not heard from Ally since then (4 months ago). I have called her and left messages for an update. She does not answer her phone. One month ago I found a different phone number and she answered my call and told me the chair would be delivered the next weekend. I have not heard from her since. I have contacted BBB to file a complaint and am considering contacting the police. Beware of Ally. Do your research before contacting her!
