    Deceptive practices. They do not include catheters only you don't know that until you open the cardboard box. Once you've opened the box they won't accept the return. Be very careful as these are very expensive for what they are.

    They lie about offering 10% on first purchase. Bought product for mom & never recieved the discount. This is false advertising. I have been contacting customer service to get this resolved & I keep getting the run around.

    We made an expensive purchase from C R Bard Inc. in January 2022. This purchase was to include a credit for a trade-in. We received the item (Biopsy Gun) and a few days later received another Biopsy Gun. I informed C R Bard Inc that we did not order 2 Biopsy Guns and had to wait for them to send us a return receipt to send it back, which we did (with FED EX confirmation). We started receiving monthly customer statements for both 2 Biopsy Guns and continue to receive these invoices. I cannot count how many time I have called and emailed and the situation is still unresolved. Almost 7 months later, completely unacceptable!!! If you don't have to make a purchase from this company, do not do it!!!
