"Did a insulation job for this guy, gave him an estimate for $1,10 which he agreed to pay me, he paid me $950 the first day and said he would pay me the rest the next day, its been almost a month and he still hasnt paid me the remainder of the money, he blocked me on ******** and wont accept my calls, this guy is very unprofessional and will not finish the jobs he starts."
