"I am the contractor in question, its funny how this customer portrayed me as the bad guy , I have text after text from them telling me how happy they were and would I please come back what is mentioned is that there addition has been inspected not once not twice but they the entire process with no objections from the local inspector for the county the problem started when they had spent the money from the loan for there own personal items and when I turned on a bill that they owed me for labor and materials totaling ********* the balked. They had me replacing all the plywood underlayment thru out the entire existing part of the home remove walls and finish the existing house and that was labor and materials for three weeks my crew worked and she refused to pay them work was done in good faith so payment was to be the same , but it wasnt, the wife was spending the bank loan on her personal shopping sprees and not telling the Husband that we were not getting paid So yea I made the determination that it was not a good business agreement for my company to be involved in and we pulled off of the job and asked to be paid up to date and we would return so without a agreement stop work I ordered, as for me misrepresented myself as a general contractor only she portrayed me that way I found out to the bank and if you check you will see she pulled her own permits not I and also the inspections were done by the county and were 100 passing rating these people were as family to us we were welcomed in there home as friends only to find out that the reason was to get more and more out of my company for free." ...
