PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This dental office is the most unprofessional office that i have ever been a patient off in my entire life. In March 2024, i visited this office for fill-ins, the procedure went okay and i was told by the Dr. herself that if i had any issues after that day to drop by the next day for more dental needs. I dropped by the next day, did not schedule an office visit. I was then told by the Dr. that i had a cracked tooth & would need to purchase a bottle of medicated mouthwash at check-out to avoid any future issues from my fill-ins. Upon check-out i was not told that this was an office visit from the front desk rep nor the Dr. herself as she walked me up to the check-out window. About a month or so later when i called to schedule my next appointment for the rest of my fill-ins to be taken care of i was told by the front desk rep that there was a balance on my account, a $40 co-pay in which i was told by her that this came from the drop by visit that id made, I explained to her i had no knowledge i would be charged for an office visit, as this office does not schedule office visits on Friday's unless it's for emergency services, that i did have going on with my teeth, nor was i asked at check-out to pay a $40 co-pay. I was told that the Dr. would reach out to me to discuss/resolve this matter, that never happened the doctor never reached back out to me. Fast forward to this month i called to try to schedule a cleaning appointment was told by a new front desk rep that i cannot schedule an appointment due to this $40 co-pay balance left on my account. I explained to her that id disputed this charge back in March, was waiting on the Dr. to reach back out to me. When i asked if i could speak with the Dr. she refused to speak with me and about an hour later i received an email stating that i can no longer be a patient of her office for future services unless it is an emergency. I am highly disappointed with this dental office!!
