    I called catchall cab about 2 in the morning to get a ride from the medical center to Braddock dr ,the cab driver took me in neighborhood that was frightening going toward north cols I kept asking where are you going then she turns heading towards east further away then a turn back near ******* heading to the by pass ,something need to be done. Turned a trip that's less than 15 dollars into 17 dollars, do something about this please.

    This company is very unprofessional n rude. The driver n the appointment person do not know how to communicate with respect. They are argumentative n has even falsified facts about a pick up. Driver waited 2 min n left. I'm not sure why any business would use their service they seem to take everything personal n lack problem solving skills if u make a complaint. They do not know how to talk to people. Seem like a street foargument. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue. People have more going on in their lives than to deal with a driver seeking att. I was just trying to get to the doctor . Already dressed n ready to go. Who do u think would be more likely to hv an issue. Debating with a customer doesn't make them important ?? ijs
