    They encourage you to put in Applications knowing you will be denied - that's a scam don't use this Rental Mgt company. Said it would take 3-5 days to hear back,  23 days later and many phone calls to them finally got an email. They don't return calls,   Poor communication.  I would give them zero stars if I could. After looking at a rental apt we asked If My Adult Nefew on Disability credit score was below the requirements listed on the app, if I was to co-signed with excellent  credit would that be acceptable, I was told go ahead put in the application  then I was denied because they only accept a co-signer for students, Then Denied my Nefew for low credit score, we lost $55 for each application. Rip off.

    Thank you for your response. We refunded you your application fee once and you resubmitted. We refunded you two other application fees as well before you submitted this review. We can not use a 3rd parties credit and income to move someone else in. The applicant should be the person actually living in the property.
