      I HAD A RAT PROBLEM AND I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK U JOHN AND ALL THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT VERY HARD WORKERS AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES KNOX IS THE ONE TO CALL

      I inherited Knox Pest Control services when I purchased my house. I was okay with letting them continue to do my termite inspections but I came to wonder if they were even been done since I was never at home. I retired in the summer of 2020. So when the annual inspection came due in early 2021, I phoned Knox and told them I wanted to walk with the technician and that I wanted the interior of my home inspected also. This was always supposed to have been done but never was. They did not follow my directions and I phone them again and told them that I would no longer be needing their services. I did not hear from them in 2022, which was fine, I had fired them afterall. In late January 2023, I had a message from Knox on my answering machine asking me to call and set up an appointment for my annual inspection. I ignored the message since I had fired them 2 years earlier. About a week later, one of their techs knocks on my door. He's at my home to do an inspection. I did not allow it to proceed and informed the tech that future trespassing by Knox would result in criminal charges. If I get an invoice for this unauthorized inspection that did not take place, there will be criminal fraud charges filed.

Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and we strive for 100% satisfaction, but fell short this time. Your account is now closed and there is a zero balance.       They can apologize all they want but we both know this is standard operating procedure for Knox. You have to look no further than other complaints on this site to see that. Maybe a complaint filed with the attorney general will get them to behave more ethically.
