Pink Zebra is not what they will promise you. I was promised a 2 day move, told me they would have 2 packers and only sent one, He was a hard worker and worked overtime and didn't finish all the packing and left our home at 7:00 PM. The next day the lone packer showed up alone again. He said his boss was coming to help. The boss arrived about 10, assured me they would have the truck loaded with the 2 people when I was promised 3 workers. After working for about 6 hours the "boss" told me they would not be able to deliver and unload the same day, even though when I made me deposit I was promised it would all be done in one day.. The truck was taken to ********* warehouse for the night which concerned me but it was delivered the next morning with the 3 people crew. After unpacking one flat screen TV was damaged, some furniture was scratched and handles were broken off of bedroom furniture. When I called and asked for payment for a new small flat screen TV which I purchased for $128, they refused telling me the basic insurance only covers 60 cents per pound, and the TV was only 15-20 lbs. All in all the took 3 days for a 2 day quote, inconvenienced me and my wife, both in our 80's. They refused to pay $128 for a flat screen TV. They may offer a low price but really need to hire more employees.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Sorry I can't leave a Zero star review. All promises. Promised "military style" packing and moving. Being a retired military person with lots of moves, PZ wouldn't have lasted 6 months before their contract was cancelled. Told us 5 Vets would arrive. Got 2 guys. One with an ankle injury. Finally sent 3 more men/boys. Was the first day on the job for one f them. Wrapped my things in blankets. Few boxes. I had told them I have at least 12 lamps. They arrived with NO lamp boxes. Wrapped and stored willy nilly. (this was a 6 mile move from house to storage units) TV left the house in A BAG! Removed from bag at storage and perched precariously on other furniture. Sickening. Owner went DIRECTLY to the bank to cash my check. No chance to stop payment. BEWARE OF PINK ZEBRA. All Talk
