    I bought a refrigerator from them and they say that all their products have a 1 year warranty, the refrigerator hasn’t put out water or made ice and after checking to make sure the water was turned on (it was) I called for a repair. They have promised to show up on 3 different occasions which I took off of work for and they never showed up and when I called the repair man he said he’d be there within an hour and that was about a week ago now and I have not seen or heard from anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and the people are very rude

    I asked Hester to repair my ice maker since February 9,2023. I paid for a service that has not been completed. I have called everyday and told we are coming.I took off my job waited They never show up. If this is how he treat customers.Mr. Hester is inconsiderate and doesn’t care about customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place of business to anyone. I need someone to refund my money.
