Richard and his crew did great work. There were a few hiccups but they were able to fix everything. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. I had a bedroom and hall addition along with a tub replaced with walkin shower. Great folks to do business with.

I had work done on a floor by what I put in for as a contractor I got Richard Greenhaw who said he was a contractor which turns out he is a handyman. He stated he went under my sub floor and that the floor was stable from the prior persons job. I called him because the floor wasn't even and didn't feel sturdy. He as a handyman by can't work on any major structure but he promised the floor was sturdy. He tried to get me to pay 3300 stating a sort of things he was going to do after I said I couldn't afford it he said 2500 and I agreed. The floor is about 8×8 he bought a box of cheap floating floor planks. He had another floor person he called come lay the floor as he just swept. The plywood he scraped up he let fall into my crawl space. The project took 3 hours and the sub floor material was left over from a prior job. The job he did was at the most a 1300 job but the problem is all they did was use foam to level out the floor. The floor is not stable. I had him come out showed him the floor cracking and giving in with him saying it will hold but for another 1300 they could replace a joist. I had the professionals come company name southern dry who stated the floor was not stable replacing the joist wasn't a fix and all they did was level it with foam. The prior person cut joist and didn't extend them to the walls sister the joist wrong put plywood wrong and a complete mess. However Your person Richard Greenhaw to make his money said the supports and sub floor was good so he could over charge me for his job that he couldn't do but needed another to do. He was not by law qualified even if he looked at the structure to give an opinion. Southern dry is coming in placing 5 jacks on cement with extra support beams to insure structure stability. Had I listened to Richard Greenhaw I would have had continuing structure damage as well as a possible collapse.
