We had a small water leak under our kitchen cabinet January 15th 2023. USAA suggested Servpro of Columbus. Mediation was done and then there was no contact or any communication or a clear timeline. Then we had a knock on our door to find 2 guys to be here to tear our wood floor out. We told Servpro to that this just isn’t how this was going to work. We got some explanations and were sent to pick out new flooring on our own. Workers came a few days later to tear the floor out. He didn’t have equipment to do it and had to go rent it. They left huge chunks of glue and even wood on the floor that I unfortunately never got images of. damaged walls and kitchen cabinets with the machine when taking out the floor. Evwrything they touched - they made worse. Every single baseboard is uneven and has paint drips. Every single baseboard, window frame, fireplace, door frame has wood dirt and particles painted into it. The carpet had paint drips on it, the new wood floor had paint on it. They got paint on our TV -then used a razor blade to get it off which resulted into the TV screen to get scratched up. Nothing was covered before they started painting. mid April we noticed our living room floor was wet. realizing it came from the water spout that’s on the wall outside they repeatedly used. When calling Jonathan he told us we will have to just get a plumber and that it was not on his workers. Surprise - it WAS! a good 4 weeks after we were promised it would be here we got the worst kitchen cabinet. Far from a match and made from a different wood. USAA sent out an independent adjuster. He told us this was probably one of the worst jobs he has seen. new floor was already separating in places, was uneven, had a ton of hollow spots. Servpro was found at fault for all items. They did not get paid and had to pay us for ALL damages.

This has been the most terrible experience of my life. Started project in **** and although other things were found during renovation, there were extremely high levels of unprofessionalism such as PM complaining to me about their own contractors, the contractors not showing up when scheduled, Contractor stating how company lies to customers and I found some inconsistent info on my own and proof in text msgs photos. Company Owner would not return my call when I asked several times for a call back. Their contractors disrespected my space as if its a flip house and I wasn't home (used my bathroom and went into my fridge), did very poor job with the work that was actually done and they refused to cover my belongs although I asked several times. I have lived in mounds of dust for 3 months and everything I own has dust on it. The camel's back was broken when I almost broke my own back. After asking the PM many times to have the contractors remove their things from my covered back porch, seeing my house isn't the storage or junk yard, I fell one afternoon while trying to get into my house. I fell over several things belonging to contractors scraping my knee, wrist, chin and knuckles and I am 50! I have journal entries text messages along with timeline photos of everything including poor craftsmanship, poop in my toilet bowl and dirty hand print in my fridge. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

***. ********, we understand the frustration that took place during the work on your property. As we discussed today over the phone, we have requested that you email us over all documentation and allow us time to review the file and discuss the work that took place with the PM and Subcontractors that were on your property. We will be reviewing everything that took place on your property and work towards a solution on how to settle your claim.

      Sincerely - Brandon C*******
