  REFUSED to repair our camper after it was approved by the warranty company. Claimed that we voided the warranty by spray foaming the underbelly even though it was approved by them and the warranty company when it was done. We even verified that it was not an issue when we called the warranty company back and they advised it was fine.

  Ashley outdoors salem Alabama Do not buy anything from this dealership this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life, all they won't is your money $$$$ once it's sold it's all yours and no service. Rude mangers and owner. Stop before you buy anything.

  We have 14 service bays and 11 service technicians which is 3 times more than most dealerships can offer but when it comes to service and I mean any kind of service the person needing service should not be vulgar and rude to the point that they are banned from the dealership over a small repair issue.

  Buyer beware don’t conduct business at this or the Salem Al location. Once you leave that lot they don’t care about you or your rig. They also don’t have certified techs. They hire the lowest grade employers they can find. A blind man can fix the issues that’s supposed to be covered under warranty work. I bought a travel trailer here this would make my 3rd one I have owned. Salesmen was okay he didn’t seem to interested in selling the rig. Could barley answer questions regarding solar and wattage. You would figure you’re selling the units you would know more. Bought it did a walk through got it out in the field for camping. AC, Slide and door broke first use of the unit. Called salesman he blew me off and didn’t answer a single question. Call the person he told me to call same thing nothing. Didn’t offer a solution or troubleshoot the issue. Just said bring it in Feb this was Aug/Sep. also be careful because the rigs while priced low there is a reason. It’s because they are either used or new that people bought and quickly traded back in. The management always has an excuse for their piss poor salesmen and work. They say they are the cheapest. But in fact they are the same as everyone else. Buyer buyer beware go elsewhere.
