They were very professional and helpful from the first phone call. Their appraisal was thorough and detailed. They guided me in writing each letter sent to the insurance company. With their appraisal and help through the process, I was able to receive over $2000 more than the original offer from the insurance company. Highly recommend!

I found Collision Claim Associates by browsing the internet and reading their reviews. They are very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I took their recommendations and was able to get a very satisfactory settlement with the insurance company. I would certainly recommend them if the service they offer is needed. Collision Claim Associates, Inc. are the best! Was very overwhelmed when insurance company told me that I had to provide specific documents and reasoning to file diminished value claim. Well Collision Claim Associates, Inc. made that process so much easier and less stressful for me! Affordable appraisal process with easy to understand claim instructions when dealing with insurance companies who will try to low ball you! I would highly recommend! Was lowballed by my own insurance for diminished value after being hit by an uninsured driver and having to use my uninsured coverage. ******* and his team were able to greatly help me with getting an expert appraisal along with coaching to get a much better settlement from my insurance.
