"Horrible experience, long story short my car was impound by Dekalb county police and the hold they had on my car was released. I was told 200 to get my car yesterday, today they added another 150, I was trying to figure out way the increased cost, and the receptionist told me she was going to add another 100 just because, she basically was a bully and showed racial discrimination towards me." ... "I called this morning because driver number 64 was driving all over the road on Highway 78 and he took off my driver side mirror call Brown and Brown to let him know what happened and this company act like a dead care or they own the road cause they say they was going to call me back and their vehicles have a cameras and theyre going to see the cameras, but they apologize for the inconvenience I think they think theyre on the road or the road down"
