I feel like something was done to engine because there were no issues going in. I have a couple of coworkers and Vendor from NAPA I deliver to that can attest to that. One of my coworkers even pointed out he noticed the noise was getting louder and we checked it out thinking it may be a pulley.  But after reading the reviews there were others who also had the same problem which is an obvious pattern that is happening. d around the dip stick area it took a minute to unravel it. I feel like they SABOTOGED my vehicle ( allegedly )) on purpose. I reported them to the *** and Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE IF DO NOT WANT TO HAVE BUY ANOTHER ENGINE.other reviews question the work

    Dear BBB,

Customer brought the car on July 3, 2023 for the oil change and complaint air condition was not working. I told him we were about 2 weeks behind the schedule. A few days later, we diagnosed and found A/C compressor was not operable and also the freon leaked out from the one of a/c pipe. Parts were not available at the supplier so it took a couple of days to get all the parts. Then we replaced the A/C compressor, A/C pipe, A/C pressure transducer, cabin air filter, & A/C freon. ***** performed the oil change. Customer picked up the car on July 13, 2023.

On July 25, customer brought the car and mentioned about the noise. We inspected the car and it was knocking noise from the engine. It is internal failure of the engine such as rod bearing and/or main bearing failure. I checked the oil and it was full. this car has ******* miles. ***** customer's car had check engine light of ***** - catalyst system low efficiency & P0847 - AT pressure sensor circuit low. When the catalytic converter clogged up, it could killed the engine. So I told the customer that the engine needs to be replaced as well as catalytic converter.

We only repaired/replaced A/C system on this car. If customer complaint about the A/C system, I will be responsible but engine knocks because of the old age and the mileage. There is nothing I can do. I would rather solve this issue at the court if the customer files the law suit.

    Please see attached invoices.

    Dear BBB,

I already stated the same statement a few days ago. My statement is the same as previous one.

Customer brought the car on July 3, 2023 for the oil change and complaint air condition was not working. I told him we were about 2 weeks behind the schedule. A few days later, we diagnosed and found A/C compressor was not operable and also the freon leaked out from the one of a/c pipe.

Customer stated about the coolant hose but we never had to touch the hose to replace A/C compressor. If coolant was the problem, engine is supposed to be overheated. Knocking is nothing to do with the coolant. When customer brought the car on July 25 we checked the oil level and it was good. Customer also, saw that.

Customer demand for refund for engine gone bad but we never worked on the engine. We only worked on A/C compressor and oil change. There is nothing I can do. I would rather solve this issue at the court if the customer files the law suit.
    Please see attached invoices.

He needs to provide the evidence that we sabotoge the vehicle. What I feel is he is the one to sabotoge my business to get what he wants to get. There is nothing I can do. I would rather solve this issue at the court if the customer files the law suit.

I feel that what I stated is the truth and some type of compensation would be a compromise to the resolution.

If sworn affidavits are needed then that is possible.
