My wife and I have lived here for coming up on 7 years. All was well until a few years ago when the ownership changed and the turnover rate for property managers spiked. Now this complex is aweful. Everything ********************** said is true. I never can get packages anymore because they force us to use this delivery service called Fetch that doesn't work. I quite literally do not have a home mailing address for packages, which is insane. They also forced us to use a trash valet system, but it is super inconsistent so it common to walk down a 95 degree hallway in the summer that is full of trash containers that need to be taken out. The whole place has started to stink...And now it is the A/C. I've not had it for **** June, July, August and most of September in Georgia in this record breaking heat. Property manager doesnt care. We've submitted orders, called, spoken with staff, submitted requests and complaints to the owership company, but no response. Its just aweful. I don't want to leave because it is so good for work, but I can't get a single thing fixed now and my whole world smells like the trash they won't take out.

The first year of living here was wonderful. However, high turnover for property managers, rising rents, Greystar taking over, and a variety increasing issues have made this an unpleasant place to live. The elevator breaks all the time and there is often dog pee in it when it is working. The access gate also breaks a good bit. The fetch delivery system is the worst thing about living here. Lost packages, forged signatures, and sales tax is higher and doesnt go to our community because the facility is in a different city. On top of all that, its a mandatory $30 a month for my husband and I to use it. There is no option to opt out. Ive filed multiple complaints within the Fetch app and a complaint on here, but have yet to receive a concrete and timely solution from Fetch. The Station on Peachtree keeps saying there is nothing they can do about it and that my husband and I are alone in our complaints. To bolster a sense of community, events are often held in the common areas, but they include few, if any vegan options, so I can never attend. The design of the complex is incredibly echo-y, so conversations and music carry an unbearable amount. If it werent for an echo, Id have no reason to complain. The one good thing about living here is the maintenance workers. I would give them 5 stars if I could. Theyre friendly and hard working. At first, I was disappointed when ******** brought in new people, but they have maintained the same standards. I cannot say the same for everyone in the leasing office.
