      SERVICE **** REVIEW: This is a VERY short synopsis of my experience. I took my '21 vehicle, purchased new from Scott Evans, in for an oil change, tire rotation and oil leak. Supposedly the leak was fixed. Got it home and it still leaked. **** said "it could just be residual oil". 1) it leaked enough to get the drops on a short video, which the tech would have noticed if he'd checked his work 2) do their techs not clean the area they work on so "residual" isn't a thing? Took the car back in. They had to drop the transmission to fix the leak. Told the car was ready, drove it in the parking lot only to find the ** no longer worked. Got the runaround on why the ** wasn't working, but when it was finally fixed after them having to order a new ** line from the manufacturer, it was stated something must have been "moved" when they did the oil leak work and had to drop the transmission. Like I said, this is a synopsis only. This entire experience of getting the run around and the lack of communication was horrid. Take your vehicle anywhere else.

      They are still serving a van that I bought on 1/13/24. I drove it for 20 minutes before it broke down, yet they are expecting a payment. Today is 2/19/24. Yet they wont allow me to close out or swap vans. I need help!

      My wife and I bought a used car for our daughter.We were assured the the did not have any issues.Before we commented to buying this vehicle we noticed that the muffler was making a loud noise and was assured by our salesman that it would be fixed, we left the car there for two days and we were told it was an aftermarket muffler and not to worry. We found out less then a month later the real issue was a broken motor mount. Scott Evans did fix the motor mount after charging me over $300.00 less the having this vehicle for a month, and this vehicle cost us over $12,000.00 Our second mistake, we trusted Scott ***** to do the right thing and and to take care of there customers, but unfortunately we were wrong.Ive talked to several people that had a buying experience with Scott Evans and most are similar stories to mine.I just cant believe how we were lied to by our salesman about this vehicle. I will never buy again from Scott Evans.I hope whoever reads this passes this information to the right person at Scott Evans but from what Ive heard from other customers, nothing will be done about my issue because nothing was done for them.On Oct 1st 2023, with only having the auto less then two months that we paid over $12,000.00 for, we were forced to trade due to all of the mechical issues with the auto we purchased from evans. I could not resell this to anyone knowing all of the issues it had wrong with it. So we trade it when we purchased a different vehicle from a reputable dealership here in Carrton, GA, We lost a lot of money but again I could not resell this to an individually knowing of of the issues the auto had, I can be at peace with my decision and sleep at night. Thanks Scott Evans, I hope you're happy for what you did us.

      The staff here is unfriendly and half of their mechanics/workers seem as if they are strung out on drugs. I believe things like this trickle down from management due to lack of accountability/responsibility at this dealership.

      If i could leave less I would after I leave this review I'm going to Better Business Bureau website and complaining about the lies the service Manger is telling me the screwed up my intake stripped two bolts and cracked the front of it and they. Said I'll get u another one but guess what no word from them in almost 3weeks spent almost 4000$ to get my car fixed and they str8 did a horrible job left brackets loose missing bolts and a stud off another bracket. Do your self a favor go somewhere else

      As a former employee Id like to shed light on the mistreatment and constant disrespect I experienced while working here. This is a terrible work environment and half the management is to blame. No matter how nominal a situation may be disrespect should never be the answer. Im being painted as a lazy disrespectful person when Im the complete opposite. As a black man I understand how my natural hair grows and what I have to do to maintain it. It was never an issue until he came. Sales manager ******************* told me in the sales meeting on January 5,2023 my natural hair was deemed unprofessional and I wouldnt work there unless I did something about it. This is of the few micro aggressive things he has said to me. Hes known for going off the rails with employees and customers. Seems as if he lacks self control and that doesnt sound like a good quality for your desk manager to have. Waiting to hear if the situation is worth sueing for because at some point something has to be done. If he felt that way he couldve handled the situation differently. Different situations were brought to the attention of other managers on multiple occasions yet nothing was done. This is one of many incidents that he and I have had over my time working there. Hes insulted me and my character, and I feared for my job all the time. The constant gaslighting. The tension got to the point where any small inconvenience my job would be threatened. No other employee has experienced such treatment to this degree. He harps on the few times Ive been late as an excuse but that shouldnt account for utter disrespect and mistreatment. I even feared for my job when I had to call in because I got the flu. Even after I sent proof no one but one manager expressed concern for my well being. I was accused of faking as if half the staff wasnt getting sick around the same time. The list of things go on. I have a voice and it deserves to be heard. I hate it all came to this.
