  Communication was awesome. They stayed in touch and gave updates as the project moved along. Crews were prompt and respectful to us and our property. Project was to pour a patio and sidewalks. Replace on exterior door with a french patio door and to remove a large window and put another french patio door in its place. The doors required some interior wall repair around the immediate area where the work took place. Drywall work was done well. I could have had them do the painting, but decised to do it myself. Would recommend.

  I see all the reviews for them but mine is a little different. I had a home built through First Class Construction and first of all I had to sign a document that if I backed out of the contract that I would lose my honest money which was the first time I heard such a thing. I signed it because I didnt think they would cheat me out of my quality.since they was suppose to have a good reputation. The only thing that I was included in was the color of the door and if I wanted carpet in the bedrooms. I never picked any of my finishes for the house either and noticed that they was very inexpensive starting with the appliances. I never saw a stove without self cleaning in it or k**** on it without it being digital. Frigidaire is the cheapest brand of appliances. They didnt clean the floors like he said they would and the paint wasnt professionally done. It is very hot in my room at all times but the water in my shower is **** warm and the tub and sinks is hot. They said its because my room is in the back but my last room was in the same spot. The cabinets in the bathroom is unequal and the walls wasnt professional done or done in a hurry especially around the doors. When I first talked to the contractor, he said the basement would have socket and told me where they would be. Speaking of the basement, I asked him to complete it and at first he said it would be ******, then do half at a time and finally he said it would be ****** to do because he would have to put an additional air condition unit for it, although the one I have is ****. I had to put glass on the showers and shades in all the windows. Not trying to damage their name but this wasnt one of their better ones. Seems as though once they had my signature everything else went out the door along with their realtor. This was my fifth home I bough and three of them was new, so I do know a little about how to buy one and the good and bad of it. Dont forget the shower head that I cant reach.

  I truly don't understand this post. Im sorry you feel this way. Our Staff is always available and respond promptly. But this home was one of our Spec built homes that we built and put on the market. Which you visited several times and choose to purchase. This wasn't a Custom home built to any homeowners plans or ideas. After she picked the home she asked us to finish the basement, so we quoted her a price. Then she asked for a bathroom downstairs which we quoted and installed. Which her agent advised her on the process. Our lines are always open, I truly hope this is a mistake.

  Excellent company! Never having done a renovation of house siding I didn't know what to do or questions to ask. I felt very secure using First Class because they had the knowledge & expertise to complete the renovation in a timely manner & the completed work is beautiful.

  We had a construction emergency last year near Christmas. I contacted ****** and First Class Construction to assist. And he made sure we were taken care of. His guys he sent out took care of us and even stayed late for us to make sure the job got done. I will recommend First Class to anyone.

  My first impressions were very good. They actually reached out to me after I requested a quote. I've had many places never contact me at all, so it was a pleasant surprise. The quote was scheduled within a couple of days, and was emailed to me when all of the numbers were calculated. All of my questions and concerns where discussed, and the work commenced and completed ahead of time. The work was more than they expected when they started exposing problem after problem. They set a plan to attack the issues, and took care of it. They were very professional, and took no shortcuts. I am very confident in the work, and can't wait to use them again for any of my home construction repair needs.. I really appreciate them

  An excellent company. Remolded my bathroom and did an excellent job. Very respectful and made sure everything was done correctly and was left as it should be. Everyone was so helpful and nice and very knowledgeable. I would use no one else so glad my son recommended *****. Excellent company
