    I was a first time customer and words cannot express how disappointed I am with the installation of my new windows. Sales does a great job selling the products but their installers are sub standard in my opinion. They do not insulate the new windows correctly and I ended up installing additional insulation myself. Tried to question the installation with the installers and they ignored me. I have additional windows to be replaced as well as a few doors and will definitely not be using Mission ************************************************ Customers BEWARE!!!!
