    Similar terrible experience as others. Missing parts that customer support said would take 7+ days to get delivered. Was told they only ship using standard ground service when I asked if parts could be sent and delivered sooner. They tried blaming ********** and the shipping provider for misplacing the parts even though the boxes arrived fully intact without compromise. This was clearly an issue with Swing N Slide packaging and quality control processes. Expect missing parts from this company if you buy from them, and hope that you don't need those parts anytime soon.
