  I would not go with this company at all. About a month ago I went with them to tear down an old deck and build a larger one in its place. To start, the person they sent out to give me my quote was very friendly and did their best to listen to what I was asking for. The issues I have with the company didn't come until after they started the job. I was originally quoted $12,600 for the deck I wanted. It wasn't until after they tore down my old deck that they contacted me to tell me my deck is actually going to cost $32,000 to build. They said there was an error with their app they use for quotes that misquoted me. I am normally fine with mistakes but what set me off is when I asked what they intend to do and the owner (so I am told it was the owner) told me that for $12,600 they can build me a 10x13 deck. The deck they tore down was a 10x10 so essentially wanted to charge me $12,000 to rebuild the deck they tore down. This is where I told them I am was done. That was the wrong answer. I was not about to pay them that much money to essentially rebuild the deck they tore down. Now, in their defense, they did reach out to me to try to come up with another plan. By reach out I mean, I was told to give their boss a call. No, I am sorry, you made the mistake, you reach out to me to correct it. Not the other way around. I have since gone with someone else and I am getting exactly the deck I want for less than $20k. So I am to assume Express Sunrooms overcharges by a lot. Maybe their decks are built so well they can withstand a Cat 5 hurricane but I don't need a deck like that. So if you go with them, use caution. Shop around before committing. Do not let them be your only option and make them verify your quote cost multiple times before they begin the work.
