    This office doesn't have poor customer service. It has NO customer service. The MGR, Elaine Cahalan makes it clear that she doesn't care if you like your eyeglasses or not, " You bought them and we don't exchange or refund, 30 days or not!" Her policy is once you put them on that's the end. AND, I challenge you to contact Vision Savers by phone. After several abortive attempts to reach them by phone, I gave up and drove to the store. When I asked about the phone not being answered, Elaine informed me that she doesn't answer the phone when she is busy! There you have it If you seek vision care accompanied by even a modicum of customer service, avoid Vision Savers of Byron like you would avoid poison ivy!
