      Their return policy is a lie it is not FREE. Terrible customer service. They just say the website needs to be edited. Month later no changes to their website. Do not fall for their trap!

      They've taken my money for shoes I bought for my daughter for Christmas. It's been IN TRANSIT for over a MONTH now, and no results. Refuses to refund. It's a shame that people running a shame company are such "losers" and can't run an honest company, but insist on taking honest people's money to compile an income. It's pathetic

      This is a TERRIBLE company!!! Do NOT order from them. I ordered a womens size 9-they sent a 6.5. Made me pay for exchange label. Then sent a mens size 7.5. Its not a womens 9. It really isnt, no matter what they say. This place is a fraud!

      I placed an order, Went online to view update on shipping. The automated system stated that there was no order associated with my order number. I emailed three times , Just called and the number is not valid. At this point, I feel I have been ripped off. I am going to give them a chance to respond , then go to my bank and dispute the charge.
