I was in a horrific situation where my ex boyfriend held me hostage and beat me with a bottle, he was evicted and a restraining order was put in place. We all know that domestic violence victims are safe just because they no longer live at the premises. They showed very little care, wouldnt let me break my lease to be with my family and only cared about the money. It was the most inhumane thing Ive ever been put through. Not to mention the constant code violations. Leasing agents couldnt care less about their women tennants. I worked two full time jobs to go live somewhere else and avoid them evicting me. Everyone who works here is uneducated, evil and spiteful. I really couldnt believe how I was treated after what I went through in that household. Domestic violence is NOT NORMAL. stop forcing victims to live in a space they were abused. Not only that but the cockroach problem made me sick I was in and out of the doctors constantly until I moved finally. This was not a coincidence. They would constantly call me and say that my unit had no issues, like I wasnt experiencing 20 cockroaches crawling all over every surface in my apartment. Their units need to be investigated for mold as well by code enforcement. I was never a bad tenant, I stood up for myself and what was right who would want to live like this??
