      They literally just stole my payment didnt add it to my account when asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up in my face. They literally kept all my money. N refused to put it on my bill.

      Second time I've delt with service being down for more than 5 days at home. The compliants I've made have disappeared and every representative I have spoken to has no record of any of my compliants. They have a nerve to not issue a credit either because when I go to work I can use my phone. Work is 30 miles from my home!

      Cricket cut my phone off before Midnight when I had until Midnight to pay my bill. They also are saying I owe a totally different amount. I paid $25 on my bill which brung my bill to $52. All of a sudden they are saying I owe the full amount not deducting my $25

      My phone was deactivated because of fraud and I wasn't able to resolve it because the number they gave me to call was for a voicemail and the att fraud **** online couldn't look up my account. Then I tried to port my number to ******* but they wouldn't give me a transfer pin because the number was locked. I called to cancel but they said that because there was an inquiry on my account that I couldn't cancel. I've never had a worse experience with a company in my life. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is how they treat me.

      This greedy company wants to sell cell phones without including the charging block. Is it not illegal to try to sell an electronic without a way to charge said electronic? I know ***** was sued by multiple Asian countries for trying to sell an iPhone without the charger. This is bs corporate greed that needs to be checked

      HORRIBLE Ive been a customer for 15+ years and for the past **** years dealing with cricket has been the worst experience ever when dealing with customer service support. These agents theyve chosen to take these calls should all be replaced. They are unprofessional, theyre not empathetic to any concerns Ive had. They are not knowledgeable. I spent 8 hours today trying to resolve an issue that was faulted by them. They hang the phones up when they dont have or know an answer. The supervisor are never available or they get their friends to pose as supervisors. One supervisor told me to go to an available cricket store which is 25 minutes away from my home, just for the store clerk to tell me customer support would have to handle my issue this was a technical issue on their end by the way. The store clerk told me they always send the customers to the stores just so they can get us off the phone. They need to send cricket jobs somewhere else for sure me and five customers that i know of as of today has cancelled their service with cricket. Then when you try to contact someone outside of this horrible place, you cant reach anyone else. The supervisors dont even know anything. As long as i was on the call with them today you wouldve thought I worked for cricket! HORRIBLE SERVICE save your time going here. There are other phone companies that has way better affordable deals. They told me i was never enrolled in bridgepay i had the proof i was enrolled and stated I was not and that it showed as a partial payment, doesnt that sound like a technical error on their end? Which they have frequently. They also never informed their customers of a security breach , went three weeks with my phone not being able to make calls. Stated it was due to towers being down called back and a representative slipped and said there was a security issue.

      This company is trash I've been with them for ten years and only recently started having issues some how my payment went to a different account and I have to pay them in full on top of the payment I've already submitted and then another $20 in which they'll wave $5 to fix their s**** up... Wait why do I need to pay them for their s**** up to be fixed.

      better options! Cricket is terrible!do not buy phone from them! I had to stay 6 months to get phone unlocked! I have been a customer for years,I moved to new area,coverage is so bad I have to go outside to make a call ,I upped plan, paying double no internet using hotspot,I had to pay more for !test service before you buy! dont buy their phones! I am hoping they will unlock phone at the end of may !also customer service average wait is 1/2 hour.i have learned a very expensive *******

      Im very disappointed with my recent experience with Cricket Wireless.I purchased a $90 Cricket Wireless service payment card from a major retailer in March 2025. When I tried to use the card to refill my account, the system kept showing an error:"Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later."I reached out to Cricket customer service through both online chat and phone. I spoke with four different agents, and none were able to help. I was told that their system couldn't validate the card and that it shows no balance. Their only advice was to contact the place where I bought the card.I followed up with the retailer, who investigated and confirmed the card was activated and still has the full $90 balance. Since the retailer wont issue a refund due to their policy, Im stuckCricket says the card has no value, and the retailer says it does.Its incredibly frustrating to be caught in the middle while both sides point fingers. Cricket has provided no real solution, and I'm now out $90 for a product that doesn't work.I hope Cricket Wireless takes this issue seriously and improves their handling of payment card problems. Customers should not be left with useless cards and no support.
