Didn't disclose about dark history of the house until after I signed the lease. (This included a ****** that used to break into people's homes and a murder suicide that allegedly happened on the property.) She also refuses to fix anything even after being informed multiple times about mold grown in apartments. Has windows that don't open and leak. Trees have overgrown to the point of touching power lines. (I informed her of this with pictures and nothing was done). I lived without fresh food for at least 2-3 months because she wouldn't fix my mini fridge that was leaking, causing mold to form that I had to clean. (I have evidence of this). Had an open socket in the kitchen since August 18, 2024. (Didn't fix this at all. I put the cover back on it but it still needed repatching and paint.) Informed her about my door falling, this was never fixed. Old heater/AC that pops and clicks when you turn on the heat. HUGE NAT AND FLEA PROBLEM. Paint was chipping off the walls. (LEAD PAINT.) Flickering lights that were never fixed. She ignores all medical problems you may have that are affected by living situations. (Neighbor suffers from seizures and the lights were affecting her. She had to keep her lights off.) Missing address numbers on the front of the building. (This caused police and ambulances to miss the house during emergencies.) Pipes are so dirty that black slime seeps from the faucets. (I have pictures.) Red flakes came out the tub faucet. (Not sure what that was. She refused to look at anything plumbing related.) Parking is HORRENDOUS. (Parking lot is on a hill. This will scrape your bumper to h*** It even took half of mine off once because there was a ledge I couldn't see in the dark while I was backing up. I have pictures of this too.) She also tells her tenants different things. For example, I was told the pet deposit was $500 (or $250 with $25 added to rent) but another neighbor was told $600. She is quick to sue you for rent being late, even with corporation
