      If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company is a scam. They do not communicate, they over price you and force you to pay up front. Then we waited 2 months for our part which was not the source of our appliance not working. They did a shoddy workup with little effort to find the source of the problem. They will not give us a refund or compensation given the terrible experience. If you want the work to be done, you have to call daily. Would not ever recommend this company as they are a scam.

      One star rating is being generous. Charged for parts and service in advance of actual repairs over a month ago. Given the runaround and no clear answer on the part for almost 3 weeks until I was told part came in broken and had to be replaced after my calling multiple times for an update. Never given a courtesy call to make me aware of this and could not give me a date when replacement part was ordered.

      We had issues with three repairs from Mr Appliance. Have paid over $3600 for parts for an ice maker, stove and dishwasher. Still have not had issues resolved and had been over a month. We want our money back immediately.

      This company will take your money without fixing the appliance! ROBERT was one of the technicians, they diagnose what they think is wrong,,a week later something burned up, now they won't additional money,,$500.00 to repair a used dryer,,and they want more money? Very bad faith!

      Had a technician come out to look at my fridge, paid $125 at the initial call when i made the appointment. When said technician came and diagnosed the issue he then said it was $125. I was confused as i told him i had already paid the fee, he stated that the initial payment was just a travel fee as we were not in their “Zone” and the additional $125 is a diagnosis fee. I was never made aware of this during the call and it would have been nice to be made aware. What if i haven’t had the money to pay for the additional $125, thats $250 for them to come out and tell me what the issue is. Overall the technician was not the issue, the lack of communication from the company to their clients in regards to their fees or policies is something that they need to work on. This is not ok and policies need to be made clearer with future clients.

      Technicians came out to repair a washing machine. Left a piece of rubber on the bottom of my washing machine tub - came out when I washed a load of laundry with hot water - left a 1/2 inch of water in my laundry room. They tried to push my appointment back yesterday and only after I pushed back, they agreed to come out today. They came out today and didn't bother to knock on my door or ring my door bell - and left. Called my wife's cell phone, didn't call mine. Now they are telling me that they won't be out here for another week from today, still have to look at the machine, and then order the parts. I am a family of four w/ two small children. I can't afford not to be without a washing machine for three weeks over a faulty installation they were responsible for. Also, the technician that came out has been the same guy that has been out here several times, and knows we are in the basement of the house - I've told him several time to park down there - he didn't. He did not make an honest effort to gain access to the property. Did the bare minimum to check off his list and left. His name is Robert. I've called the company complaining and they are having a supervisor call me back in 90 minutes - a Ms. Moreen. I am extremely frustrated with this organization and their lack of customer service. My name is Craig and I'm in Aiken - you are free to contact me anytime. NEVER going to use them again. NEVER. I'd rather buy a brand new appliance before calling them out again.

      THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. BEWARE THEY USE CELL PHONES AND NEVER ANSWER THEM. GO ELSEWHERE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scam company, they have been in my house 4 times and have been able to fix 0 appliances, the OWNER, "SEAN C***********" says he can't install my cooktop because they don't do electrical. I need to call an electrician. Look at your advertising SEAN C*********** it says electrical and it also said you wouldn't park in my driveway and you would be polite but I get it you are just like the rest of America, worthless. Some of us had to move out of mom's house. Come to find out the real owner a Clinton S**** was in my house, shook my hand and I paid an agreed upon price. However flash forward to this morning the "real owner" Sean C*********** makes up some bogus invoice dated today. They have somehow lost our agreed upon deal. Still waiting on a call from Clinton or whomever the adult is there. Rude, and ignorant like the rest of America. If you call them call a lawyer first as I am now. America is so lazy if you need to get someone to do something just take them to court and hope they aren't in the judge's pocket. Obviously I would give less stars but I can't. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. BEWARE THEY USE CELL PHONES AND NEVER ANSWER THEM. GO ELSEWHERE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Of course, we are a legit company, we have many Happy customers. We tried to handle this situation amicably. **. ********** is upset that we ran into an electrical problem that we were not certified to fix. We did everything we could to have his appliance up and running, we even called a certified electrician out to **. **********'s home to assist with the issue at hand. **. ********** became very upset and I-rate making it hard to reason with him in this state. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and going above and beyond for our customers.
