    I'd rate them lower if I could. On this past Saturday May 25 I was looking online for a CPR for Healthcare Providers course. I put in my credit card information for CPR certification, changed my mind and exited the screen before submitting my information. Later that afternoon I received a class registration email and discovered my credit card had nonetheless been billed. I went back on the site to see where I might have missed the confirmation of the transaction and was billed again. I sent an email right then and was told that I should have been aware of the no refund policy and that a refund would not be issued. I was later told a refund for the first would be processed but not for the second, When I explained what happened and requested a refund for both, I was then informed that I would not receive refund at all and it was up to me to reschedule the class and sell the second to someone else. Not sure why I would pay for a class I had not taken, why I would want to take a class at all from CPR Certification Augusta or why I would try to even sell a course from these people to anyone.
